AutoTuner Adds Support for Continental M3C ECUs
AutoTuner has announced the addition of support for the Continental M3C ECUs found in various Ducati models. This is implemented through a 100% OBD Normal Read (NR) using the AutoTuner Tool, allowing for efficient tuning options for Ducati specialists.
To utilize this new protocol, users will need the DUCATI OBD 4 Pin cable to establish a connection to the motorcycle's diagnostic socket. The addition of this protocol enables tuners to enhance their capabilities with key Ducati platforms, including the Monster and Hypermotard ranges, such as the Hypermotard 1100 Evo (2010 and newer) and the Monster 1100 Evo (2011 and newer), among others.
Additionally, the Scrambler Family models, including the Scrambler 800 and Scrambler Sixty2, are now supported for tuning as well. These updates highlight the potential for high-precision calibration for classic Ducati motorcycles, further expanding the tuning opportunities available to motorcycle technicians and enthusiasts.
AutoTuner advises users to update their software to take full advantage of these new features and ensure compatibility when tuning the aforementioned models.
