Flex 8.11.0.0 Adds Support for Ford Bosch MD1CP061

The latest update of Flex, version 8.11.0.0, has introduced programming support for the Ford Bosch MD1CP061 control units through Boot Glitch mode. This enhancement allows users to unlock the control unit and complete the work on the Bench independently, eliminating the necessity to send the unit to Magicmotorsport for assistance.

To utilize this new feature, users must have either a Flex Full Master (FLS0.5M) or Flex Full Slave (FLS0.5S) license. The update enables users to perform various operations including Read/Write/Checksum for the internal flash, Read/Write for the internal EEPROM, and full backup of the control unit. This development is expected to streamline the tuning process for automotive professionals dealing with Ford control units.
