Flex Solution for Honda Keihin Control Units Available
A new Flex update has been released, introducing a solution for programming Honda Keihin 38770-Mxx control units that utilize the RH850 processor. This update allows tuners to perform a complete read via the vehicle's OBD port, eliminating the need to disassemble or access the ECU physically.
The update also leverages the FLX2.68 cable, enhancing the speed and efficiency of the programming process. For added flexibility, this new solution supports Bench mode, catering to various operational preferences.
The programming capabilities include reading and writing internal flash memory, reading and writing external EEPROM, as well as providing a full backup of the ECU’s data. This functionality expands the tools available for tuners working with specific motorcycle models, including the Honda Motorcycle Africa Twin CRF 1100 L Adventure Sports (2020MY) and the Honda Motorcycle CBR 1000 RR-R Fireblade (2021MY).
With these advancements, automotive professionals can expect more streamlined operations when working on these specific Honda units.
